Default Anyone With Moracco Shock Settings?

So I have found a way that Bilstein can revalve the old FX3 shocks to a different setting. They need a serial number for a shock that was valved the same way. Does anybody who has had the Moracco re-valving done a a few years ago have a serial number from a front and a serial number from a rear shock that had the revalving done? My guess is that they would be listed on the receipt/invoice if you still have that. If you are like me and keep all your receipts in a folder and can take a few minutes to provide me that information, I would be most grateful! Thanks!

Lost mine in a move....that valving is absolutely perfect though. Not too hard, not soft.

Default FX3 Revalving?

Did anyone ever find out how to have Bilstein re-valve with the Morocco setting? It's hard to believe that they would not have kept records for this valving. Sure would like to send a set in to have this completed.

After talking to Randy Rippie, there has apparently been a lot of turnover and I believe he also said this type of operation actually changed locations where they are doing it. he said the only way we could get it done is to come up with a serial number of a shock that had been set to these settings before so they could copy them. Which is the reason for my post
