still trying think of what this could be....but yes...no code 12 is indicating a faulty computer....
i don't know where that ground is...but I would check all the connectors near the base of the computer....I think there is 3 main ones there......wiggle them back and forth...make sure they have not somehow gotten lose.....

if it wasn't grounded, wouldn't that mean that the computer would not work at all, thus the car would not start at all (aren't the injectors controlled by the computer?)

i think its the computer, the guy in alberta who burnt my chip, is sending me another computer that is tested good to try. This guy is good, thanks all :cheers:
