6 speed shifting problem 95 coupe

I had to have both yokes replaced as the seal chewed up both. The bushing had to be replaced in the rear housing and to do that the transmission had to come out. Just got it back and the transmission whines like low on oil but they changed it. On a 60 mile drive at one time could not move the shifter in to any gear.
It then did not want to go into 3rd gear 35% of the time.
I will call the dealership on Monday but wanted some idea of what is going on.

Check fluid levels just to ensure there is fluid in both diff and transmission. Car has to be level.

Yes I agree will have to take back to be checked as I am to fat to crawl under. Lol

Any other suggestions as I am lost other than be at the mercy of the dealership on what could be wrong and if they caused it?

Are you sure they put in the right oil? The ZF6 requires a specific 10-30 synchromesh fluid... GM, Castrol and Amsoil are the only three I am aware of that are safe.
