Default 1991 Fuel pump upgrade

Hi All,

I'm looking to upgrade my pump since I'll need more fuel for the holley efi I'm going to be running (58-60psi required). Holley gave me a few different part numbers that would work with the system but I'm not sure how that would connect to the gas cap filler plate attached to my current setup? They have an option for just the pump to install on the factory hanger as well to avoid this issue but I believe the lines on the factory hanger are to small (5/16") when they are saying I need 3/8" minimum. I plan on running new 3/8" line from the pump to the motor but not sure what to do about the hanger situation. Does anyone make aftermarket hangers with larger lines that also has the gas cap port built in?

Stock supply line should be 3/8. The return line is 5/16. Racetronix is a good choice for pump.

I second. Get the kit. Sure, it's boring to have all the parts to do the job without multiple trips to Autozone to finish it but such is life.

This is dependant on the regulator setting, not the pump.
Our RXP pumps work just fine @ 60PSI.

Yes you are going to need adjustment to the regulator to get 60 and hold it, the Rx pump should be able to supply it easily.
