Possibility a parts counter person can.print you of illustration showing location of screws. Look for heater core replacement video. Repairing dash delamination is hit and.miss, you may want to search a replacement pad.

The dashpad can be removed fairly easy. Just pay attention to the screws. It clips in towards the windshield. I had delamination and used the clear gorilla glue and clamps and it worked perfect. It didn't take as long to do the project at all and the results were great.

I have directions I wrote when I did the heater core in my 92. Your 95 is pretty much the same except you have an air bag where I have a glove box.

The pad isn't hard just tedious. It starts with the shift ****. The screws are behind panels and you have to take other panels off to get those off.
