Default Headlight actuator isolation relay

Hi. Is '84-'88 headlight isolation relay compatible with a 1990?

So far I've replaced the entire headlight assemblies, including rebuilt motors installed on em and today I installed the headlight control module.

The headlight control module opens the lids, so I have something now. Before I was manually spinning the things open and closed.

So, now they open since I replaced the headlight control module, but they still don't close.

The isolation relay is all I can think of now to try to resolve so the headlights flip both ways, up and down. I cleaned it and filed the contacts a little since they had that greenish/whitish residue on em, but still not flipping back down.

I can't seem to find one specifically for a 1990. Additionally, is this a standard Chevy relay part that was used in other vehicles? I called auto zone to see if they had one for a Corvette specifically, but nothing listed, I thought maybe it was also used on another chevy. I dunno. I'm moving into the thousand dollar territory resolving these headlights, I wanna move onto the other electrical problems and get these lights done for good. I'd rather buy from a local parts store just because this internet buying takes forever when you considr shippjng and delivery times. It's getting kind of annoying not being able to find parts to put on immediately at the local parts stores.

Thanks for any feedback about it.
