Optidoctor unit in, tested and working fine Just a quick note , it appears as though The Dr has two different ebay names / accounts one is Optisparksolutions1 and the other is Berrington1
great communication and hope this issue is behind me :

Happy to hear that you took this advice - using a new optispark distributor with a tested bona-fide mitsubishi optical sensor

you are many steps ahead of the guys who keep replacing $50 optisparks and then complain the optispark is the worst thing in the world.
