I use the paper gaskets with aviation brush on sealer. I think it is called aviation form a gasket. When I first put the water pump up to the block there is always movement and jockeying around to get the bolts started with only two hands. I would be scared the right stuff could get messed up in this process.

Cool, I take it you applied it to both sides than?
Haha, you can remove Right Stuff,, cleans up easier than paper gaskets do.
The bent pipe from me trying to pry my intake off the china rails would say otherwise lol. It's a pretty good sealer... I'll say that. It does scrape off easier than paper though, it's just that initial separation that's a bitch lol.

I remember pulling the intake off my 93, I actually used an engine hoist to separate it. Not sure what the pervious engine builder used when he did the stroker kit.
