Default 1996 C4 cooling fans not operating correctly
Got my 96 with cooling fans suddenly not wanting to turn on at all with regular operation. Have checked all relays, fuses, and wires and everything checks out. If I unplug the wire from the temp sending unit in the block then the fans run continuously. Any ideas?

good luck.

Without a tech1 or tech2 and an FSM its almost impossible to diagnose.

Im going down the rabbit hole with my 96 right now... and I have a Tech1 and FSM.
