Horns aren’t working

I need help figuring out what is wrong with the horns in my 92 corvette coupe. I’ve tested the horns directly and they both work, but when I tested the wires to the horn there is no electrical current going to them. Anyone please help me!

Possible causes,
theft fuse is bad (in aux fuse box #1)

Horn relay is bad

Relay should have 12v on pins 1 and 5 at all times, receives ground through horn switches on pin 2. jumping pin 2 to ground should cause horn to blow.

Contacts are corroded in steering wheel ( remove air bag and you can clean them up (this was what caused mine not to work)

Cruise-In II Veteran

Run the window down, set the door locks to secure lock, close door.
Then reach in, unlock that door only and open it.
If the horns sound off the problem is in the steering wheel button.

These are good suggestions, mine don't work either. -C4/94.
