New owner. Heater control cable not working properly, feel air on floor, passenger side. Crawled under to investigate. When the system is off the I can see the door is closed, with the AC on, the door lifts and I can see the fan turning and there is a reasonable amount of air leaking out. Is there a part missing under there. I am attaching 2 pics. one with the door closed and the other open. Any suggestions? Door Closed Door Open, fan visible in background

OK, I figured out that this is the fresh air inlet door. When you can see the fan it is in MAX AC and is recirculating the air. When it is closed, it is bringing in fresh air. Still seems like there should be another piece or so down there.
