Yes. Go onto youtube and do a search on Super Pro. You should find an installation video. It will show you how they are compliant, not hard like poly.

For the front suspension it kind of depends on your goals. Their extra compliance isn't really ideal for racing/handling applications, but for a street car they will probably provide nearly the compliance of the stock rubber bushings (which can no longer be bought). In back they are a better bushing that poly no matter what, because their compliance should allow rotation in multiple axes and prevent most of the bind that harder poly introduces.
