Default 87 TPI First Rebuild

Rebuilding first TPI. 1987 convertible, AT, 133K on the clock. Not looking for more than 300-310 at the crank. This is a daily driver, but mostly only if the top is down. Have had block cleaned, magged, 30 over, decked, line honed. Doing other typical items, 24 lbs injectors, throttle body air foil, trimmed out air box. Stock bottom end. 7cc flat top pistons. Have purchased Edelbrock heads part #608719. These are the polished 60cc 86-91 Corvette replacement pieces. Compression around 10:1. Head flow numbers are closer to the typical go-to Vortec swap, but not cast iron, larger valves, better clearance for lift, and don't need a special intake manifold. I have a couple questions. Heads have single spring with damper .575 lift. I have two conflicting details, from Edelbrock, that these are hydro flat tapped rated springs and not compatible with hydro roller cam. The other reply was these are good for roller cam. Thinking about Comp 08-500-8, Comp 08-464-8, or ZZ4 cam. Do I need new springs? Dual springs? Thank you for your knowledge, input, and help, or if I'm way off on the game plan.

I would contact Eldebrock 1987 SBC are all roller cam engines. Eldebrock is also big into packages. So they likely have a cam recommendation. I wouldn't alter heads without talking to them first.
