I have turn signals until I turn my lights to parking or all the way on, my right front signal doesn’t work i’m stumped bulbs are good fuses are good please help
Are the turn signal bulbs dual element? I had a similar problem until I realized the bulb wasn't turned all the way in the socket to align the elements. Not on a c4 but still may apply

I believe they are like High/Low beam bulbs. Turn Signal is Brighter than Parking Lights. Not on a Corvette, but my 86 Tans Am had the same thing happen. It was the bulb inserted poorly. Quick fix.
If not in the socket poorly the socket or grounding of the socket could be bad.
