Every brand of both will likely be recommended. It depends on you and what you are OK with.
I bought the cheapest opti with the best warranty, b/c IMO NONE of them are "proven" and I don't mind changing them. I bought a good NAPA water pump.

examine the opti vent "harness" carefully. On my 96 the serpentine belt had cut the hose from the intake bellows to the opti and oil soaking had cause the (soft) rubber hose from the opti to the intake manifold to collapse. These can be replaced with regular vacumn hose or small fuel lines, no need to purchase a harness and rerouted out of harms way
