Installing the TV cable w/Superram

Does the TV cable have to be threaded between the plenum chamber and runners of the Superram during assembly or can it be threaded through the space while the engine is out in a stand? Jim Barth is soon to install my Superram and we were discussing this. Is it possible to install the cable after the manifold, runners and the plenum chamber are installed?

No. Lay the cable in prior to the plenum install.

I always placed the cable between the runners before installing the plenum. I think the tv cable adjuster is too large to thread through the final assembly.
