Default 93 ruby continuing saga - though running LT1

my saga continues. recently my car suddenly started running rough and the cruise control quit. i swapped out my tps and O2 sensors got little improvement. i brought it to a shop which was a complete waste of time. they pulled a couple of plugs to find them fouled. now i get that fouled plugs will cause a rough running engine but something caused them to foul. ( forgot to mention plugs,wires,opti and coil around 8000 miles ago). when all this began the check engine lite winked several times at me so i read the codes that showed up by jumping the obd port (22,53 and 64 ).
i'm hoping i made the right decision by removing my ecm and sending it out for a refurb. luckily if its okay they send it back and refund all $$ except for the return shipping. naturally im hoping there are issues with it so that possibly my problems will be solved. just wondering if anyone out there has experienced any of this and was it the ecm. any tips will b greatly appreciated

I'm not sure if the ECM is going bad on you. Were all your plugs fouled or only certain cylinders? The fouled plugs can only be from a couple of issues. Mostly it's from either too much fuel or not enough spark. When was the last time you took a look at the fuel pressure regulator? You could check the fuel pressure. The faulty O2 sensor could have caused some fouling. That would dick around with your a/f mixture. The low signal from the TPS would also cause a rough idle and poor driving conditions. The 53 is likely from the alternator( faulty regulator).

i forgot to mention my battery 12.4 JUST SITTIN
running with load (headlites ac) 14 4 VOLTS
tps 5.0 v going to it
..6 v closed throttle
4.6 v WOT
it came on instantly, drving about 25 to 30 mph the guy at the shop said he tapped on the ecm and the engine stalled
a/c inoperative however it jumps out and runs
and as i said the problems came on all at once
it was a good way to rule out the ecm. if its ok at least i know and itll only costvshipping. or 238.00
repaired
he took out 3 csrbon fouled plugdn go
i'm in the brsdenton florids ares that about i can think of foil o other
