Power Steering Filter Adapter
Fellow Vetters:
I know next to nothing about threads and pitches, so I'm asking this question out of ignorance--what type of threaded nipple/adapter do I need to connect a power steering filter with a 1 1/8"-16 female port to a remote filter housing with a 1"-12 female port? Are filters and adapters sized as NPT, O-ring, SAE or what? My entire system's construction has ground to a halt for lack of knowledge...kinda like "For lack if a horseshow, the war was lost."
Any tips or insight will be greatly appreciated!
