Default engine dies

I have a 95, auto, stock, 108,000 miles. Had a leaky water pump and has a oil leak in the rear of the manifold. Installed a new water pump and temp sensor, the one in the pump. The car ran well, still leaking oil, for about a week. Today it started right up, but when the digital got to 150 degrees, it started idling erratically, revving up, and finally died. Would not restart until it had cooled for a a couple hours. Tried again. It started right up and ran well until the the digital said 150 degrees, went through the same events and again died. Repeated this process a third time. I would note that the analogue temp went quickly to about 190, and the digital oil temp remained at zero .No SES light, no codes. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you for reading.

Engine stops when hot, restarts after cool-down......symptom of a failed ICM (Ignition Control Module).

May not be your problem, but here is a test:

Thank you for your suggestion. I will try to test it this weekend.
