ABS light has ome on shortly after starteup and depress the brake. I checked brake fluid and it was ok. Started checking codes. 1.1 than it went to 7 bypassing 4. Also would not go to 1.2 when in those segment. All the while flashing 12 through whole process. No historical or current codes.
Stumped on where to look for the abs problem without some codes to go by.
This is on my 1993 LT1 six speed Ruby.

What are you checking the codes with ? I do not think that ABS codes are readable without a Tech I or equivalent scanner.
That's what I thought, though I thought I read it was specifically the ABS tester. I had an ABS issue with mine when I got it and no way to read codes. I finally tracked it down to being one of the 2 relays on the ABS pump itself. Replaced both and it resumed working. If they're like mine, you won't find them at GM but I did find them online. Try tapping the relays with something like a plastic faced hammer and see if they start working (at least temporarily, thought won't stay working long if they're sticking). If so, look for replacements online using the numbers off the relays and you'll likely find them.
Thanks for all the information It makes sense its a relay because it was hot as hell this past weekend and once i cleared the fault it was fine. I was a little concerned it would go into ICE Mod but it never did.
