Default Ran into slight problem w/CORSA installation....

First, the exhaust is all that is advertised. I am completely satisfied. However, upon installing the header extensions, I found a difference in length of about a 1/2 inch. Since the center muffler fits flush at equidistance, I proceeded to 'sawzall' a half inch off the longer one. Everything was great until I got to installing the muffler pipes, 'very, very' close to running out of clearance with rear suspension. It seems that instead of one header extension being 1/2" too long, it was the other that was 1/2" too short. So far, though, all seems to be OK. My recommendation is to measure very closely upon installation. :seeya

Did you talk to the folks at Corsa before breaking out the sawzall?

You should not have needed ANY modifications to make it fit.

I ordered a ZR-1 system and got shipped a LT1 passenger side pipe. They over nighted a new one that fit. No mods should be necessary

My corsa seemed really short and tight to the rear differential, played with the angle of the cats and that seemed to lengthen it out a little. The cats were RT's so the stock cat brackets had been removed, allowing for some variation on the angle of the cats.

Mine fit perfectly.
so did mine. but I did have to lower the rear diff spring perch a bit, just to allow for some more exhaust clearance.
