I looked up your codes on my scan tool. I show the following:
P1115= engine coolant temp intermittent ckt high voltage
P0118= engine coolant temp circuit high input
I can't get my scan tool to show codes 43 and 27 for a '96 Vette. I wonder where/how you got those. I punched in for a '95 Vette and those codes show:
43= Elec. Spark Control module or sensor problem
27= Output driver module (ODM) fault/ EGR circuit
Not sure about the others, but a 43 is usually a bad knock sensor or wiring to a knock sensor. If they have been replaced and overtorqued, then they tend to fail quite quickly (several months). New ones should only be torqued to 10-14 ft. lbs.
I've the 0118 code in the past and it was because I had an intermittant connection to the coolant sensor in the front of the water pump. I see you have a new cam, perhaps when the water pump was replaced there was a problem when the connecter was reattached. I'd pull the connector and see if a pin was bent or there's something interfering with electrical contact.

You sig say you have a 96, these aren't DTC codes for a 96. Did you convert your car to OBDI or is your title a typo?
