Ok, now that the weather has turned cold I am starting to notice an interesting problem. After driving the car for 20-30 seconds it acts like it is going to stall hessitates, then picks back up and is fine. It does not do it every time, but most of the time it will do it. It acts like it has no air, or no fuel, or possibly the opti is failing. The things I can spot when it does it, fuel pressure is fine, it has plenty of air as the filter is clean and the pedal is pressed. The opti is new, with less than 1500 miles on it. The troubling part is after it does it once per outing it goes away and will not occur again. It is almost like it does it only in open loop. I supposed it could be that in the first 30 seconds in the cold weather, there is too much fuel causing the plugs to foul out, but at this point I do not think so.
A little bit more info...no cats, 3" pipes, runs like a bat out of hell after the hessitation. I thought maybe it was because the pipes were cold causing a little hessitation until they heated up enough to get a good flow, but sometimes the car almost stalls out completely which I would not think would happen because of cold pipes.
Re: Odd Problem when Cold...stalling symptoms (Vette92)
Spoke with a buddy that had a 396 stroker that said his did this for a while, but cleared itself up from what he remembers. I do not think it is related to the stroker, but more to modified cars.

It could, however, both O2 sensors are almost new and in operational condition. I did have one go dead not too long ago but replaced it 6-700 miles ago.
Re: Odd Problem when Cold...stalling symptoms (nobodyunknown)
The Engine Coolan Temp Sensor (ECT) is the electronic choke for fuel injection. In open loop, it uses the temp along with other parameters for determining fuel delivery rates. I would check this first. A scanner will tell ou the temp computer is using and should be within a few degrees of ambient. You can also check ECT resistance with an ohm meter and compare with service manual values, should a scanner not be available.
Re: Odd Problem when Cold...stalling symptoms (dlmeyers)
Well, my MSD failed after leaving the dyno day Saturday (lasted 2 1/2 years) so it could be the problem there. I will hook the scanner up and check that both temp sensors look good though. Thanks for the suggestions!
I will probably not touch the car until next year as I will be up in Chicago land on a job until January with just a few days at home in between.
