Default 96 LT1 starting problem

First I am new to the forum and my first post. Happy to be here. I have been reading many threads for years and learned many things from you so I would like to thank you all. I really need your help and knowledge.
I have a 96 LT1. The problem I am about to say does not occure allways most of the time the car starts and runs great. Some times when i fire it, up engine makes wierd cranking noises and shakes, idle is very low and going up and down constantly. When I put it in gear it stalls if I dont push the throttle. After turning it off and starting again sometimes it fires up just fine but most of the time the same thing happens again. Last month this bad starting issue happened again and this time I reved the car to the redline for 3 second or so. And the idle come back the normal and when I put it in gear it ran great. Last week bad starting and stalling occured so I red lined it again car come back to normal. There is no SES light or my mechanic did not find any codes. Any help with this poblem is much appreciated. Thank you.

Have a fuel pressure gauge hooked up to the fuel rail. Schrader valve will be passenger side, under fuel rail cover. Idle fuel pressure should be 36-38 psi. That's where I would start.
