The base problem is when I have my headlights off, the left turn signal works fine, but with the headlights on, it comes in solid and stays there. Furthurmore when the left turn signal is in, all the green indicating lights on the A/C panel and the radio alternate blinking with the turn signal. I blew a taillight fuse the other day while I was driving at night (really freaked me out - I was turning left when I heard a *pop* and all the instrument cluster and dashboard lights went out). When the fuse was blown the turn signal worked fine.
Anyone got any ideas

Welcome to the forum. I'm sure someone will be able to help with more suggestions soon. For the mean time, take a look at this page: http://www.batee.com/corvette/index.shtml
You are experiencing bleed over from other circuits that are connected.
This is usually caused by bad grounds. I would look at the sockets on the lamps that do not work properly.
Thanks for the suggestions. I think it might be the ground behind the passenger seat, but I need to investigate some more. If it doesn't work out I'll probably be back to beg for help again.
