I recently sold my 1990 Corvette Coupe back in October so I am trying to help out the new owner. I was sitting in the passenger seat while the new owner was driving and none of the climate controls would respond. The fan was blowing warm air but I attempted to stop the fan, change to heat level, and tried to redirect the heat from the floor to the air vents. No buttons I pushed changed the warm air blowing. Also, the temp display just showed dashes.
Anybody have any ideas?
Did you try to pull the battery and see if it comes back good? IIRC, someone had to do it when it got "confused". Other than that, find someone with a known good one that is nearby. If we were nearer AND if I could find my spare one, we could see but someone should be close by.

Thanks for the quick reply. Since we were driving the corvette to the Winter storage I didn't try to disconnect and the reconnect the battery. The car is on a battery tender now. Battery was purchased in Sept 2016.
