I'm at the end of my rope, I'm redoing my dash panels, I've removed the dash decals and left with the glue residue and everything I've tried has not worked. Goo Gone, Easy off oven cleaner, WD40, rubbing alcohol, soaking in warm water for days, nothing but nothing will soften up this glue for removal. Has anyone done this with success any input welcomed..

Have you tried a Hot Air gun yet? Heat it up gradually and see if the glue releases. Don't start "too hot" you might be able to do it with a Portable Hair Drier and then move to the Hot air Gun if still needed.
Many of the stronger chemicals will damage the plastic parts underneath, if the heat doesn't work then maybe consider a Carbon Fiber replacement set on top of the previous materials.
Without seeing it, it's hard to guess but a guess is epoxy. If it is, that stuff is a bear to get off. This is one time where replacing one overlay with another (carbon fiber) could be a good solution if you can get a smooth starting point.
If you can get all of the wood kit of and want a factory look, you might be able to glass bead it. It's becoming a pretty common fix for the Dulso coating on the later cars when it peels or goes gummy.
You strip down tot eh plastic then texture with bead blasting. Finish up with trim restorer and you have a nice black finish again.
Hi fellas here is an update on the dash....as you can see in the photo what I was working with. Guys said try heating it, sand blasting. I tried oven cleaner, go gone, and scraping it and nothing. I decided last night to just soak it over night is hot water with soap and it worked perfect. A little scrubbing with steel wool it came right off...now it's time to put the new decal on..
