Okay, probably the dumbest Corvette question ever but ... How do you get the floor mats out of a 1992 convertible?
I've never had a car with this particular type of attachment.
I'm not sure if I'm wimping out, afraid of breaking them.
Should just give the 'plugs' a good hard yank or if there's some trick/process to allow them to just unhook & lift out.
I tried searching the forum and found thousands of threads of floor mats for sale, but nothing about removing or replacing them.
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

On my '96 the driver's side has a hook that holds the mat in place. I just lift up the mat from the end near the pedals and bring it back and up toward the seat. That makes the hole in the mat slide off the hook better. The passenger side doesn't have anything to hold it in place.
