Headlight Actuator Problem a New one to me
We have all heard the story I turned on my Headlights and they Buzz or some other thing. Last night I turn on the headlights on one goes to work the other goes 1/2 way, we all know the next line #@$%^$ Pucks or Gears, So this morning I head out with tool's and my spare parts to knock it out I Pull it apart and find that Gears Perfect Pucks Perfect?
. Now what I did find is the Shaft that connects to the Aluminum that holds the Pucks are no longer 1 Piece not locked together. So first Question are they supposed to be locked together as 1 Piece and if so is it available.

Not much to photograph, the Shaft hooked to the headlights is no longer a tight fit to the clutch assembly so everything moves. The bigger question was if the clutch & shaft where available and there Not. Scored replacement motor all fixed
