Default Opti Inlet Source with ProCharger

Hello,
On my set-up I am running the PC with no inter cooler. Just charge pipe to intake. I have the fresh air intake for the opti-spark with just a small air filter. I have the check valve for the vacuum side in the manifold (just like factory).

I have search this Forum and others and get mix results.

My question is will I have a vacuum leak? If it matters it's speed density.

Thanks!
Steve

On my 96 the air supply for the vented Opti is after the MAF sensor or in front of the throttle body if you will.
I suppose it could be considered a small vacuum leak because it is in front of the throttle body, but the engine computer must be able to compensate.
Also the vacuum signal going through the Opti is very weak it doesn't pull a lot of vacuum. The stock vented line uses a small filter and a restricted orifice.

In my case the computer won’t be able to compensate for the extra air. But as you say the restricted orifice doesn’t pull a lot of vacuum. Maybe I will be okay.

Thank you,
Steve
