Default Help headers

I just purchased headers from jegs. I bought headman 500-68440 headers. Open the box to check them out and the ports are round my head's are square just the the stock alum heads. Called and they said they dont make long tube headers with square port like the stock heads or the ones I have . What the hell are you guys using for headers that I never heard or seen anyone on here complain about headers. The port hole is 1 5/8 I bought. Guy at jegs said try it and see if it leaks I'm not goin threw the trouble if it's a chance. Please help

Ok i forgot i had a extra pair of manifold gaskets from my engine build . I think I'm going to use square gasket instead of the round that came with it . I put them over the hole and the square fits on the out side nicely is this correct thing to do ?

I have the Hedman 68448 headers with felpro 1406 gaskets on my 89. My L-98 has the 113 Aluminum heads with D shape exhaust port.
No issues here.
