Just received my ecm's back and neither one is repairable.
What options are available?
1993 LT1
# 16173861 ecm with a BAFL prom for a six speed Z25 Anniversary Edition.
Used ECMs can be found. 92-93 LT1 all use the same part 15168278 is more common number. PROM IDK a tuner could make a new one for you. You could have some minor tweaking done, cooling fans, speed limiters...etc done also I would contact PCM of NC.

I have my own prom. So what is the difference between the Camaro and the Corvette other than the prom? Different housing?
I have been where you are today. I sent my ECM to SIA Electronics and got it back good as new, no more issues.
Used ECM's are available. Make sure it is #16159278 which fits 92 and 93.
A little extra effort to learn some background would also be helpful. You don't want somebody's bad ECM that may be advertised on Ebay. Instead, look in junk and salvage yards for one. If it's a wreck, you know the ECM was good at the time of the crash.
Whatever you do, keep your BAFL prom. It is the brain of your car.
I'm also curious as why they aren't repairable. The 92-93 LT1 ecm is a largely exchange part meaning you can't get a remanufactured one without the old one. Sometimes the old has to ne repaired because there's no exchange to send.
I'm curious where you sent your ECM. I sent mine out a couple of years ago, also to SIA, to have it re-floated as I was getting codes that didn't even exist. It came back and has been fine since. I'm not clear how it could be irreparable. The reason that I say this is that I got the impression then that SIA could completely rebuild if necessary.
