Hi all,
I've done my best searching to find the answer of "How to put the secure seat clip back in place?" So far a number of threads discuss how to disengage the the clip, but nothing on how to put it back. I've tried putting it back by hand, and either I'm not strong enough or I'm using a poor technique. The link shows what I'm struggling with. If you look at the 00:40 mark, you'll see exactly what I'm trying to describe. A screwdriver was used to release the clip, not working so well to put it back! ha
Yes, I fixed the pump using the method shown in the video.
Thanks for reading, any and all suggestions/ideas welcome.

I have done it many ways all from the push down on front 1/3 of seat pull and drag , or Medium screw driver, or take a long tie wrap or piece of weed wacker line. Make a loop around the clip and pull it into place you can even wrap cord around a screw driver to make handle. Once in place let a free end side out of clip.

Thank you very much for the ideas!! I'll give it a go, and report how I did. Thank you again!

zip ties worked like a charm! The seat pumps are repaired, and working correctly.
Thanks again 👍
