Default LT4 rod bolt torque specs

I am going through the specs prior to starting. Reading up on assembly prior to starting. Its always good to be as informed as possible before diving.
On the rod bolts it says to torque to 20 lbs on the 1st pass then 55 degrees on the second pass. I don't have the tool that will measure the degrees. Is there a standard torque spec for the second pass on the rod and head bolts? Or should I order this tool and wait?

Seems like every time I turn around I have to go get a tool.

Thank you
Doug

they are TTY bolts so the degree measurement is really the correct way to do it.

Autozone sells the tool for 10 bucks

Oreilly might sell it too.
