Default 1991 Temp

I am chasing down some small issues with my car... Since changing the factory ehxaust system which was leaking with the melrose complete system, I have a few funny things happening.

First, my coolant temps are running at 95 Deg C (Via the A/C panel), even with both fans on and driving on the highway, the temps will only drop down to 94, maybe 93 if I am coasting without throttle.

My car used to run at 90-91 Deg C with the A/C on and both fans on, however driving now seems to add much more heat to the system.

I have just flushed out the coolant, used an acid based cleaner, and re flushed the entire system three times. Changed T-Stat, verified it opens at 90-91 Deg. Drilled a small 1mm hole even inside to help with the air in case any was trapped.

Its not a big deal, as the car isnt overheating, it just seems its running hotter than before, and wondered if the temps had anything to do with the new exhaust system being more free flowing, or if that would have any affect at all.

Timing checked, spark plugs new, radiator is clean, a/c condenser is clean, new water pump, fans working (although they are new motors, is there a chance they could be weaker than the old ones, they are Delco parts) I am listing everything off the top of my head I can.

Also, does anyone have a diagram of the coolant hoses that run from the pressure tank throughout the whole system, the workshop manual is for LHD car, and I have my heater core now on the left side of the engine bay. I just want to verify the coolant is flowing in the correct direction throughout the engine.

Thanks
