Default LS7 Lifter Preload

I'm trying to find out what preload everyone is using for LS7 lifters in an L98. I set mine to 1/2 turn and have some rough idling issues so I'm wanting to find out if that is correct. I found a chart showing the preload is 2mm, (80 thousands of an inch), which from what I'm finding is around two turns based on thread pitch of the stud. Is anyone running these and if so what preload are you using?

Thanks

I run 1/2-3/4 turn preload on ls7 lifters in my car. Lots of duration and roughly 0.360" lobe lift slinging to 6800rpm and idling at 800.

nothing special about ls7 lifters. They are just the newest, most reliable version of our old ones.
