Here ya go:
15=coolant temp sensor high voltage == replace it
24=vehicle speed sensor (VSS)==??
34=MAF too low
36=MAF burn-off problem, replace the relay (may cure #34 too)
44=lean exhaust==maybe O2 sensor problem
Replace the coolant temp sensor in the front of the block under the TB and the MAF burn-off relay, clear the codes and see what comes back after a teset drive.
Then use the method on my site to see if the ECM is going into closed loop mode.

Re: I need help (jakelane)
Sometimes when you are getting a bunch of codes at once it is due to a bad (or going bad) ECM. It can also be due to a bad electrical connection to the ECM.
Disconnecting the battery for 30 seconds will clear all codes from the ECM. I'd replace the MAF relays with replacements from NAPA. The NAPA replacements will be duplicates of the GM units at about 75% of the price.
Then I'd do as 65Z01 says, test drive it a bit and see if the codes come back.
