Are the only C4 manual tracks available the ones that slide back and forth? I know on the Fbody's, they made tracks that would go back and forth but also pivot up or down so you can change the angle of the base. I have some manual tracks I pulled out of a '92 and they just slide back and forth, but the angle of the base is kinda too far down for my liking. I'd prefer not to use the electric bases.
I have never seen a manual seat base that did anything but slide forward and back, The only other seat adjustment is the seat back angle.
. Not that I would recommend it but if the base angle is truly a problem (within reason) you could grind a set of wedges where needed and put under base mounts.
I replaced my power track with a manual track to save weight a few months back. The manual tracks all looked the same to me when I was researching on Ebay. No base height or angle adjustment, just back/forward.

Here is a picture of an fbody seat track. The second handle allows for the pivot. I'm somewhat surprised this wasn't an option on the vette. I guess GM figured you either get plane jane manual, or 6 way adjustable power.

that mount is way heavier looking than the c4 manual track
