I am using them, I imagine most people with an 88-90 Vette are using them.

No they are stock (at least as far as I know).

Lots of people still run them. Came on all 88-91s. Capable of about 350bhp in stock trim.
LPE used worked 113s on his 383 combos with the Accel 219, which he got about 450bhp out of.

Ours are worked 113s flow 250 cfm on our 383 with the lpe219 cam 1.6 roller rockers and a first performance intake hoping it runs strong

Youll be plenty happy with it. 300 cfm heads seem almost common today but doesnt mean with less they are bad or wont roast the tires.
