Fuel pump strainer sock sock install
Trying to finish up the complete Racetronix 255lph kit. I can not get the sock into the bottom of the pump. I've tried to push it on by hand without any luck. I've tried to square it and use a wooden block and hammer to tap it on with no luck. Anybody have a trick or tip to try?

I will never ever use a Stock strainer after trying a small piece of the Holley Hydra-mat recently. This new material is incredible at picking up the fuel for you. How it works I do not know but it really works great!

It is the one that came with the kit. I've reached out to racetronix and verified with pictures it is the correct one. No way it is going on unless I smack the hell out of it with a hammer and then the plastic pump will probably break. I didn't know if there is something obvious I am missing or I'm dumb lol
