17x9.5 wheel offset?
Looking at a set of wheels that are 17x9.5 for all four
Seller claims " 2" positive offset, 7" backspacing, 4.5" lug spacing"
Would these work on a 1995 LT1 Coupe? 275/40 tires all the way around?

No they will not work.
The 2" (about 50mm) offset is very near to the factory offset. The 7" backspacing roughly matches to a 2" offset.
The problem is that the lug spacing of 4.5" is wrong. Our C4's use a 4.75" lug pattern.

If those wheels really have 7" backspacing, then they have an offset of about 44mm, not 2" (51mm). Stock was 56mm, but a 44m offset would still work just fine. However, as QCVette notes, he's advertising the wrong bolt pattern.
