Hey guys I just installed longer bolts on the rear of my ‘88 that were the option of the lowest but there’s still a lot of wheel gap. Also just to confirm since the directions were vague-the more the nut is threaded on the new bolt the higher it will sit and vice versa? Is there a minimum number of threads you can have it set at?
There are longer bolts available. There should be atleast 2 threads exposed when nut is tightened. As car is lowered there is a increase chance rear will bottom out against bump stops.
