Default Hesitation and engine dying problems

96 LT1 converible
Had a problem where the car just died like it was out of gas and would not start back up. It has never thrown a code or engine light.

I replaced the fuel pump , filter, regulator, air filter, plugs, oil. Still did the same thing. I next replaced the water pump and optispark. Now at like 10mph speed through a neighborhood it will randomly hesitate like it will stall or does stall. When it does stall the check guages and battery light comes on but the speedometer and everything is still on. I floored it once too and it hit high rpm and died.

I just checked the alternator and it is charging the battery at like 14.50+, off the battery always reads under 12.20. Also I have a loose black wire that was jammed in with a fuse. I removed the wire from the fuse like a month ago attempting to get my radio to cut on again(never worked again after getting it back from a mechanic). No idea if that black wire was important and I cant find where it leads, disappears somewhere under the battery.

I have spent a lot of money trying to fix this problem and have had no luck.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It only stalls out when driving. It will not do it when parked, it can run forever parked.

Try this:
raise the steering wheel like you would get out of it, and drive it that way for a bit.
if the problem goes away, its your ignition switch/ rod/ adjustment

Tried it and still stalls. It is a stall were the car stops giving power even though you havent moved your foot off the gas and are still giving the same amount of gas (10-20mph), then acts like it will recover and not die, then dies.

unplugged MAF and tried again and would not stay started for 2 seconds before dying. About to take it off and see if it needs cleaning. This feels like either a fuel or timing issue since i recently replaced opti, water pump, fuel filter, air filter, plugs.
