Default Hard start when hot.....

Is this a common problem? It seems that the car will start fine when the engine is cold, but when it is up to temp it starts hard.. :(
Frankly, its a little embarassing at times..

Anything I can look at or do to help the situation?

Thanks

You may have a leaky injector. You may want to consider sending them out for a cleaning and flow testing. Do you smell gas at all under the hood?

Thanks for the reply. No, I dont smell any gas but I may take your advice about the injectors. It runs fine and doesnt throw any codes. I should also clarify that what I consider hard start is having to turn the key 2-3 times before it cranks.

If the engine doesn't crank I would suspect your starter may have a dead spot on the armature.
