Shift/gear indicator lights
edit: I just found the information in another thread after trying some new search keywords. Only one bulb was intentional.
How many lights are there illuminating the gear indicator next to the shifter? I’ve got an 85 auto and despite there being two places to connect bulbs, I only have the one. I’m wondering if it’s stuck under another portion of the console.

There is only one bulb but outlet holes: I was able to get another socket from Corvette central for $12.00 I spliced it off the existing line and ran it. works great. i nice balance in light and brighter but not over powering .

I was unaware of this, haven't had my center console apart yet, but that's a great idea adding the second bulb!👍
