88 AC groan, slight vibration

88 AC groan, slight vibration
120k blows nice and cold however when its on you can kind of feel it in the steering wheel. Guessing why they stufk the frisbee on there, is this normal? Never had working ac in my other C4s so dont know if this is typical.
Id think the idle should compensate some or do they always drop rpm some when its on?

The a/c bracket is quite flimsy and has had more braces fitted over the years from 88 to 91, i have found having all three braces addresses the vibration.
The 91 has one brace near where the tensioner that connects on to the fuel pump block off plate.
One from the bracket to the water pump and one from exhaust to rear of a/c to bracket.
There is a slight groan on acceleration which is normal, is places a high load on the serpentine belt the compressor works hard to keep you cool..
