Pax window rolls up crooked

Pax window rolls up crooked
If I roll the window up, the front tip hits the weatherstriping before the rear, leaving a huge gap allowing water and stuff to get in. When the door is open and I roll the window up, then close the door, the window is all the way up. Would it be the window motor?

Could be a lot of things. My driver's side window was doing this only in the opposite direction - the front wouldn't come up as fast as the rear without a bit of help. Turned out it was catching on the door speaker wires.

I already had the door panel off to fix the locks, and didnt see anything catching

there is a plastic stop plate that the window comes up aginst when fully up. if one is cracked or misaligned it will cause the window to lean fore or aft depending on which one is cracked. i replace the ones in my 94 last year. it would cause a leak . they were about 12 dollars each from the local dealer. best of luck
