87 c4 headlight motor
Gonna take the time to finally fix or replace my driver's side headlight motor. The headlight itself comes on both low and hi beam, but will not flip open or closed. It doesn't make any kind of sound or anything when you go to turn the lights on... passenger side works fine.
ive found a rebuilt one on eBay with a 6 month warranty, and 50 buck core.

You might want to verify the relays are good before you replace a motor.

Well, in the past while messing with them, I've moved the relays around. And tried to listen for any sound coming from the motor when switching the lights on and off. Headlight does light up though.

When I bought my 85 the headlight motors didn't work. I ended up taking them apart to find that the permanent magnets had unglued from the stator drum and were stuck to the rotor. I peeled them back off, cleaned them up, and reglued them to the drum, put the whole thing back together and they ended up working fine. It wouldn't do anything when connected to power either, so that could be your problem.
