Dragging

Since I purchased this 1989 convertible it feels like it is holding back (dragging). I had a problem with the booster ( vacuum leak) and replaced it. The leak is gone, but still feels like I have to push the pedal too hard to accelerate. The abs light is on all the time, (shouldn’t have anything to do with dragging or holding. What should I check next? Possible other problem other than brakes?

Remove your flex lines and see if they have collapsed shut. Cheap to replace if they are original.

Drive it for a short highway spell, stop and feel the wheels for excess heat.

When I had an ABS problem with my '88 the RF wheel got so hot to be painful to touch.
