Default 87 right side overheating

I have a 1987 that the right hand head is running 260*F while the left head and t-stat housing are running at 216*F. Temp gauge shows 260*F and scan tool shows 218*F, both accurate. This is confirmed using temp gun. When the cooling fans turn on the temp gauge in the dash reads 260-280*F. What would cause the difference in the side to side temps?

Bad injector(s) causing it to run lean on that side, intake gasket leak at that head, blocked or partially blocked coolant passages.

A Plugged catalytic converter could do it as well. One of the mini-cats might be plugged and causing the heat issue on one side. Just another thought.
